Hello Sergiy, thanks for your reply! And agree, Spring — in its current state — is not a perfect match with the (older) Raspberry Pis. But with native compilation (GraalVM) and the newer stronger Pis things could change.
This post is just a proof-of-concept to show Spring can work on a Pi and it is a perfect starting point to get experienced (and new) Java enthusiasts into contact with the Raspberry Pi.
For real-life applications where reliability and performance are crucial, indeed different frameworks should be compared to get the best result!
